When you request to join or contact MEN INC, we receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, contact details, location, interests, and message. Members may also create account and community content inside the app.

We use submitted information to review community requests, respond to messages, support participation, moderate the platform, protect members, improve MEN INC, and meet applicable legal and safeguarding obligations.

Access is limited through role-based permissions. Authorized MEN INC leaders may review Join and Contact records only for legitimate community operations. Public website submissions are not published as member content.

Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for community operations, safety, accountability, and legal requirements. You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible information by contacting hello@menincfellowship.org.

Do not submit medical records, passwords, financial account details, or information that exposes another person without consent. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing.
